Royal Society International Exchange Project visit to Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan

Thilina, together with Chenhao and Saitarun, two PhD students from our group, spent time at Prof. Shinichi Hirai’s Soft Robotics Laboratory at Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan, as part of our Royal Society International Exchange project on robotic physical twins in the agrifood sector. During the visit, the team discussed recent progress and future research plans. They also visited Prof. Wang Zhongkui’s laboratory. In addition, Thilina delivered a guest lecture on robotic physical twins to a group of researchers, including early career researchers.
